Our Teenager Gamers Autism, ADHD and SEN Gaming is 2 hours of absolute chaos and defining thumbs!

A fab social couch co-op video gaming for teenage gamers aged 13 - 16. (We can sometimes allow children of age 12 years if with a sibling already attending to attend. We can allow young people aged 16 - 19 to this event provided the young person is already known to us) An opportunity to make new friends, discuss gaming, and have loads of fun!

Them FAQs and serious adult stuff:

• This event is for designed for Teenagers with ASD/ADHD or other ASD dual diagnosis. Please contact the studio to know more.

• Please do not book here if you or your child are not known to the Studio. Instead email [email protected] for a registration pack before booking as there are no refunds.

• The places are limited and are issued on a first served basis.
• No tickets are on sale at the Door and Pre-registration is required.
• Tickets can be booked through Eventbrite or via invoice. Invoices need to be paid at least 5 days before the event to secure a place. Apologies as there are no refunds for non-attendence.
• The studio and event have the right to refuse tickets for those who did not pre-register or are not already known to the studio.

• The studio will request a form completed with emergency details, any medical issues and allergies, Autism triggers, medical and photography consent before the first session attended. the studio will time to time request details updated to ensure we have all the correct emergency and medical preferences and details.

• Due to safeguarding and health and safety at the event our team cannot offer one to one support, or personal care (toileting) for children at this event.
• As part of our safeguarding and health and safety the Studio cannot admit to our events children or teenagers who display violent and/or agressive behaviours.
• For Children unable to attend our events, the Studio may be able to offer alternative provision please contact the studio at [email protected] to discuss.
• If your child requires extra support and has a Personal Assistant and as long as the Personal assistant is DBS checked and this can be proven before the event takes place we can consider this.

• Sparky Ink Studio is on the Second floor and there are winding stairs. We do not have any disabled access at the moment. Participants must be able to use stairs and go down them easily in case of fire or emergency.
• Children and Teenagers should not come into the Studio building alone. They must have a parent or carer with them unless the Studio is notified that they are independant.

• If the studio or event is locked down then we use Discord to continue to support our participants.
• The Studio has an admissions and behaviour policy this will be sent out when registering. All young people attending will need to be well behaved at the event. The studio does not tolorate bullying or violence towards other participants or our team.

COVID-19

• We currently have Covid-19 arrangements in place for our Team and any children that are happy to wear face coverings. we promote washing hands and hand gel regularly as well as good ventilation and distance where possible. Our Covid-19 policy is on our website.

PLEASE NOTE: We are really sorry to say that if the event has less than 6 attendees booked then we may have to cancel or postpone the event. Thank you for your understanding. The Tickets close 3 days before the Event.
