Each student will receive their own 20 Lb organic free-range turkey supplied by the Morinville Hutterite Colony. You will learn how to remove all the bones while keeping the meat intact & be given your own deboning knife to take home with you.
Next you will make homemade stuffing from scratch, with a recipe to take home - Stuff, roll, garnish & tie your turkey to take home for your family dinner.
Packaging will be supplied so that you can refrigerate or freeze your yummy turkey until your Thanksgiving dinner.
