ABOUT THE CLASS:Join Alexandria Fitzpatrick for a special evening of connection and gratitude for all that we might consciously and unconsciously feel grateful for this season. The world might be feeling really heavy right now, please come as you are as we allow, integrate and move some of this energy to clear the space of our hearts and lungs. This helps to clarify the magnetic field of our hearts which allows a deeper connection with ourselves, each other and the divine.
The evening will be an opening of hearts and selves through a sacred cacao ceremony, a meditation connecting us deeper in with ourselves as a deep honoring and a soulful sound bath to integrate all of the energies.
You will leave this space feeling connected, peaceful and in deep soul alignment.
Please wear comfy clothing, bring your yoga mat, a blanket and pillow or anything to keep you cozy for the sound bath.
We will be serving cacao. A heart medicine used in ceremony to support in opening one’s heart. The cacao will be made with oat milk. The cacao contains theobromine which stimulates the cardiovascular system and can give you the feeling of a warm and uplifting “hum” we will ride into the sound healing.
