Thanksgiving Sides, Transformed (7:15-8:15pm)
Michelle and Sheri reveal the subtle upgrades that make holiday classics sing, think: cultured butter that lifts mashed potatoes, cultured butters that take green beans and stuffing to new heights, and artisan cheeses that makes mac & cheese unforgettable.
The Wine Playbook (8:15pm - 9pm)
Greg of Authentique Vin pours three versatile wines to carry you seamlessly from cheese plate to turkey to dessert, while Sheri shares easy, crowd-friendly pairing strategies. Love what you taste? Full glass pours, bottles and holiday gift boxes will be available for purchase.
