THE MORE GRATEFUL YOU ARE, THE MORE PRESENT YOU BECOME.In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we will gather as a community to embody gratitude as an expression of Bhakti, the yoga of the heart. Bhakti is a heart-centered practice that reminds us that gratitude is devotion in its purest and most accessible form, an offering of love back to life itself: a breath, a chant, a prayer, a physical gesture, or a simple thank you.
We will weave together movement, breath, mantra, and intentions as living expressions of thankfulness. Together, we will invoke the essence of gratitude not only as a feeling, but as a sacred act of devotion.
Whether you are a longtime member of our yoga family or stepping into this space for the first time, your presence is a blessing. Please join us.
Spaces are limited, so we do recommend signing up in advance to ensure your space in the room. We do expect to be at capacity.
This will be our only class offering on Thanksgiving Day. All other Thursday classes are canceled for the holiday.
