This 75-minute session features Paola Marino’s voice and crystal bowls woven with Rachel Madden’s live flute, creating a serene soundscape to release tension and invite gratitude. After the sound bath, enjoy a few quiet minutes for optional journaling or simply resting before heading home.
Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask — anything to help you feel cozy and supported. Journals optional.
