and continue while supplies last.
To receive a box, you MUST be physically present or send someone with a properly filled out Proxy Sheet (available here: https://www.dhs.state.il.us/onenetlibrary/12/documents/Forms/444510-202507-REV1.pdf or at the Community Food Basket) NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
Frozen turkeys will NOT be distributed. A $20 voucher that can be used toward any meat purchase at Handy Foods will be included with each box.
