Give thanks in Bohemian style with our three-course Thanksgiving dinner, available from noon to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 28.Crafted by owner and executive chef Ken Irvine, the Thanksgiving meal will feature traditional dishes with a French twist, priced at $85 per person and $29 for children under the age of 12. A specialty holiday cocktail, the Pumpkin Pie Martini, will also be available.
A sampling of available dishes includes pumpkin-hominy soup; Diestel Family Ranch turkey from Sonora, California, with the breast roasted and the legs and thighs prepared “confit” style; Faroe Island salmon; glazed Hudson Valley Muscovy duck leg confit; and more.
