WHAT IS QI GONG?
Qigong is a traditional Chinese mind-body-spirit practice that uses breathing, movement, and focused intent to improve health. It's based on the idea that qi, or life force, flows through the body and can become blocked or stagnant, leading to health issues. Qigong aims to restore balance to the body's qi.
WHAT ARE SOUNDBATHS?
Soundbaths are like deep tissue massages for the entire body that recalibrate every cell of your body through frequency. You will feel energized and calm at the same time afterward with a heightened sense of love & wellbeing! The perfect gift to give yourself anytime!
WHAT TO BRING:
Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on and blankets and layers to cover up with. Hat and eyemasks also recommended.
LOCATION:
The location is at the end of AVENUE E, on the beach. Go down the ramp to the sand, and you will see us right there to the right. Parking is on the street. If you are running late, come quietly and we will check you in afterward.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
We will start with some community and connection, move into Qi Gong practice, and then a Soundbath ... all on the sand! All you do is RELAX.
WHY THIS SOUND BATH IS DIFFERENT:
These very special singing bowls are born, not made. No two are alike.
