Kick off your Thanksgiving Day with a fantastic event! Whether you're running or walking, you'll enjoy our 5K course through the scenic beauty of Sherando Park. The route includes track, pavement, and woodland trails, offering a diverse and enjoyable experience. Join us for some fun and fitness before you indulge in your Thanksgiving feast! Proceeds benefit WATTS - Winchester Area Temporary Thermal Shelter.Awards: Thanksgiving Day 5K finishers will receive a custom finisher medal.

We also offer an untimed Kids Fun Run for ages 6-9:
-Ages 6-7: Race Starts at 8 am - participants will run 1.5 laps around the track.
-Ages 8-9: Race Starts at 8:15 am - participants will run 2.5 laps around the track.
Kids Fun Run participants will receive a medal & t-shirt (T-shirt guarantee deadline is October 26; then until supplies last). No finishing time or age group awards given.
