Whether we realize it or not, we owe a great debt of gratitude to the indigenous people who have lived on this land for thousands of years. It’s important to extend our respect, appreciation and compassion to the many indigenous peoples and their ancestors whose rich histories and vibrant communities have made our lives richer.
