Join us for an informal and heartfelt Thai Yoga Jam! for beginners. This donation-based event is part of the EEL's Shala Project, dedicated to creating a sacred space for wellness and community in honor of the late Erin Larsen.Experience the healing and transformative practice of Thai Yoga in a relaxed and informal setting. Each session will involve gentle stretching, rhythmic movement, and compassionate touch to promote relaxation and well-being. These informal sessions are meant to be fun and exploratory. Participants will not receive continuing education credits or any certification.
This event is an opportunity to connect, heal, and celebrate the impact of Erin's work. Bring a partner, and let Landon (Erin's husband) and Lauri guide you through gentle and fun movements together! No prior experience needed!
Session 1: 10am to 1pm
Beginner Flow with Landon: Learn a 40-minute supine to side lying Thai Yoga set

Beginner Flow with Lauri: Learn a 40-minute supine to prone Thai Yoga set
Your Teachers
Landon Evans: Landon is passionately carrying on his late wife's work and leading events to raise funds for the EEL's Shala Project. His dedication to this cause is an inspiration, and we are honored to host him at Main Street Yoga.
Lauri Brammer: Our local yogi and energy worker, Lauri learned Thai Yoga from Erin herself and is now partnering with Landon to support the EEL's Shala Project. Lauri will be co-hosting the event, bringing her expertise and heart-centered energy to the session.
Together, Landon and Lauri have guided a wide range of partners through these sessions - come with an open mind and heart!
Donations and Support
This is a donation-based event, with all proceeds going directly to the EEL's Shala Project. Your contributions will help fund the construction of a yoga shala in Fayetteville, WV that provides a sacred space for wellness and honors Erin Larsen's legacy.
Suggested Donation is $25 per person per session. Donations can be made when you register using the "Pay What You Want" button. You are also welcome to donate cash at the studio. Keep in mind, there are two different sessions that teach two different beginner flows. If you want to attend both sessions, please register for each one separately.
