This 90-minute couples workshop is designed to help you reconnect through gentle, supportive touch. Guided by Christy Lyn Miu, LMT & Thai Bodyworker, each partner will both give and receive Thai yoga bodywork, learning how to support one another with presence, breath, and intention.
Thai yoga bodywork is a meditative, floor-based practice that blends assisted stretching, rhythmic compression, and mindful touch. Often called “lazy yoga,” it allows the body to soften, open, and restore—without effort.
Sessions are done fully clothed in comfortable, movement-friendly clothing that allows ease and flow.

• How to offer nurturing, grounding touch to your partner
• Simple techniques you can bring home and practice together
• Guided movements that support relaxation, mobility, and nervous system balance
• A deeper sense of connection through shared presence

• Bring 1 exercise mat & 1 pillow
• Limited to 6 couples to keep the space intimate and supported
