I found myself a lot through the practice of the art of massage & specially the traditional Thai massage that I’m offering since 2019.
So I’m very happy to invite you into this safe space of practice. This ancestral therapy is a beautiful restorating & healing tool for the body mind & life energy.
And I hope it’ll help or inspire you in some way!
This workshop is a nice sharing time to discover or/& learn about Thai massage on futon (on the floor).
I’ll share with you my knowledge about this therapeutic massage & I’ll show you some movements oriented on a theme like tiredness back pain or a chakra.
We will start with a quick warm up & a connection time to prepare our body mind & energy for the practice. Then you’ll be partnered.
I’ll show you a sequence of techniques on my “guinea pig” & you’ll practise them at the same time on your partner after which you’ll switch I become the person who’s receiving the massage by your partner.
This workshop is open to all for an optimal organisation we need to pair you so it’s very important for us that you subscribe in advance.
