Giving massage requires careful attention and compassion. Receiving massage depends upon softening, trust, and openness. Cultivate these essential qualities through a hands-on experience.

Our work will take place on a mat on the floor. The ability to sit, kneel, and lie on the floor is necessary to enjoy this course.
No prior yoga or massage experience is required. Please disclose any relevant physical or other health information to the instructor before the time of the course.
Please dress in layers. It’s common to feel warm when providing massage and to cool off when receiving.
Class is limited to 8 pairs.
One registration reserves space for two people.
$75 per couple.
