Join us for a vibrant, hands-on Thai cooking experience in our light-filled kitchen in downtown Rockford. You’ll learn to create traditional Thai dishes using fresh ingredients and time-tested techniques—perfect for both beginners and adventurous home cooks.
This class is all about flavor balance: sweet, salty, sour, and spicy. Under the guidance of our chef, you’ll learn how to layer flavors and cook with confidence. No takeout menu can compete with these homemade favorites!
