Tonight's cooking class will focus on the key ingredients and cooking techniques needed to produce authentic, approachable Thai food.
Chef Heidi has years of experience cooking and teaching Thai cuisine, informed by her travels and research.
This class is open to everyone, but is best for those who are familiar with basic Thai cooking. This class will take you to the next level of Thai cuisine. A deeper exploration of ingredients and cooking techniques will help you make delicious, authentic Thai food.
Participants will learn how to make green curry paste from scratch, tamarind pad thai sauce, and tom kha from start to finish. We will cook and share a delicious meal, including Tom Kha Kai (Chicken Soup with Coconut Milk), Green Curry with fish, Shrimp Pad Thai, and more.
Sparkling with vibrant flavours, these recipes are easily made at home. Printable recipe booklet included.
