The Fort Myers Film Festival kicks off its 15th season with the film series T.G.I.M. starting Monday, Oct. 7, 2024, at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center in downtown Fort Myers. Local celebrity judges and attendees get a chance to watch and then weigh in on how they feel about short indie films. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.; the show begins at 7 p.m. Participants are invited to grab a drink and intellectualize on the first Monday of every month from October through March. Special guests, musical acts and interviews are announced prior to each T.G.I.M.
An afterparty follows each evening. The cost is $10 for adults and $8 for students and seniors.
The schedule (subject to change) includes host Mr. Raddatz with local celebrity guests to be named.
The Fort Myers Film Festival, to be held May 14-18, 2025, is celebrating its 15th year of indie film! November 4: Host Eric Raddatz with judges Alicia Shannon, Tom Doerr, Doug Molloy and Steve Martin.
January 6: Host Eric Raddatz with judges John Biffar, Michelle Tricca, Jerry Chambless and Nya Chambless.
February 3: Host Eric Raddatz with judges Liz Biro, Angela Melvin, Lisa Sbuttoni and Bella Line.
March 3: Host Eric Raddatz with judges Wendy White, Kristen Weardon, Al Kinkle and Amy McCleary.
