Its time for Armadale Triathlon Club's first ⭐️event⭐️ for the 2025/26 Triathlon Season - a duathlon! 🏃🚴 This duathlon is sponsored by TGI Fabrication and is the first race in our Spinifex Sheds Multisport series, with the second ✌️ being held on the 1st of November (TBC). We will have medals for 1st🥇, 2nd 🥈 and 3rd 🥉 male and female, for our sprint, enticer and mini courses (Draft Legal included). Our Spinifex Sheds Multisport series will conclude at the end of Our Aquathlon (March) where we will also crown our Spinifex Sheds Series Placegetters.
This event is for both seasoned and beginner triathletes and will get you warmed up for the events this season.
We will be running five distances:
⭐️ Sprint Distance (min 14yo, Teams 13+): Run 1: 5km / Cycle: 20km / Run 2: 2.5km
Our sprint distance is part of the Multisport State Series, where Senior (20+ & Open) Triathlon WA members holding either a Standard or Premium membership will accrue points towards the Multisport Athlete of the Year Award (MAOTY). For more details visit: Triathlon WA - State Series
⭐️ Enticer Distance (min 12yo, Teams 12+): Run 1: 2.5km / Cycle: 10km / Run 2: 1.25 km
⭐️ Mini Distance (min 10yo, Teams 7+): Run 1: 1km / Cycle: 6km / Run 2: 1km
⭐️ Junior Short (min 5yo): Run 1: 250m / Cycle 500m / Run 2: 250m
⭐️ Junior Medium (min 7yo): Run 1: 500m / Cycle: 3km / Run 2: 500m
This event will also feature two Draft Legal events (WA Development Squad Only):
⭐️Enticer (min 12yo): Run 1: 2.5km / Cycle: 10km / Run 2: 1.25km - Triathlon Australia / Western Australia Draft Legal Endorsement Required
⭐️Sprint (min 14yo): Run 1: 5km / Cycle: 20km / Run 2: 2.5km - Triathlon Australia / Western Australia Draft Legal Endorsement Required
*OPEN ATHLETES WHO CHOOSE TO RACE DRAFT LEGAL WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR POINTS IN THE MULTISPORT STATE SERIES*
All Adult Participants will be timed. ⏱
This event is about participation, so if these distances look a bit daunting, please get in touch with us.
We are always looking for volunteers to help set up and run the day! Please register to let us know if you can contribute your time.
Finisher Medals will be provided for Junior Short & Medium participants.

7:00am - ISLAND ACCESS CLOSED / Draft Legal Race Start
7:30am - Sprint, Enticer and Mini Race Briefing
7:40am - Sprint Race Start
7:55am - Enticer Race Start
8:05am - Mini Race Start
8:10am - Junior Medium and Junior Short Race Start
9:00am - ISLAND ACCESS RE-OPEN
Late fees will be applicable to registrations after the 11:59pm 14/09/2025 including on-the-day registrations.
