TFC Capitol Complex Phase 2 Utilities Bid Package Event

JE Dunn Construction is the Construction Manager At-Risk for the Capitol Complex Phase 2 project for Texas Facilities Commission (TFC). We are currently soliciting bids for the wet utilities, dry utilities, public pedestrian wayfinding signage, and utility as-built survey. All interested trade partners are invited to attend a non-mandatory HUB Outreach Pre-bid meeting. This bid package includes the following scope of work: wet utilities, dry utilities, tree relocation, public pedestrian wayfinding signage, and utility as-built survey.
