About this Event
Tea Blending: In the workshop, Using green tea and roasted tea as a base, we will blend teas that will make your life more charming. (E.g. green tea with sage and lemon myrtle for a refreshing aroma. Caffeine-free roasted tea with the sweet aroma of fig or licorice.) Tsubasa, a Japanese tea instructor, will help you create your original tea. And you can take it home.
Kakishibu Dyeing: Make a small accessory case. You can dye it to your favorite tone color using the beautiful amber color of Kakishibu persimmon tannin. And you can take it home.
"Kakishibu" is a traditional Japanese dye/paint of deep amber color which is from unripe persimmons that have been fermented and aged for more than 2 years.
Mizuhiki is a traditional decoration used for embellishments, especially for formal gifts, since the seventh century. You can take home your own Mizuhiki art piece.
