🚌Tour Details
Your tour kicks off inside the Lavington Library. We’ll have a quick chat about textile waste – what the problem is and why it matters – before hopping on the Halve Waste tour bus to see local businesses in action, turning waste into solutions!
🚌What to Bring
Don’t come empty-handed! Help keep textiles out of landfill by bringing:
♻️Non-wearable and non-useable cotton textiles including linen – bring a bag for donation to Red Bantam (rag manufacturers).
♻️Wearable clothing – donate clean, good-condition items to LifeLine Op-Shop for reuse.
♻️High-end clothing – pack a small suitcase or bag (5–10 items) of your best pieces you no longer wear for a fun “Suitcase Swap” at the end of the tour.
♻️Water bottle, hat and snacks!

Participants will need to be able to use four stairs to access the bus and walk approximately 200 metres.
