Andrea Szávó, a Ph.D. student of linguistics and an assistant lecturer at the Department of English Linguistics at the University of Debrecen, spent 5 months in Austin, TX, conducting research with a Fulbright Visiting Student Researcher scholarship. In her presentation at American Corner Debrecen, she will share some of the personal and professional experiences of her grant period, after which members of the audience will also have a chance to ask questions about Texas and about the Fulbright program.
