The Texas ProStart Competition is an exciting event where high school students from ProStart programs across Texas compete in culinary and management challenges. 👩🍳👨🍳Held annually at the Waco Convention Center, the competition includes two culinary tracks: the Nationals Track, preparing students for professional culinary careers, and the Lone Star State Track, fostering creativity and learning. The top teams in both tracks, as well as in the management competition, receive scholarships and prizes, with winners advancing to the National ProStart Invitational! 🏆
Additionally, individual competitions allow students to showcase their culinary skills in various disciplines. This event is a fantastic opportunity for students to demonstrate their talents and passion for the restaurant industry. 🍽️
