To enter contest all you need to have is a Big Blonde Hair that best represents one of Dollys Hair Style's the crowd will be the judge by tipping the one they think best represents Dolly's Hair the more tips you make the better chances of winning the grand prize and all moneys raised will be counted to see who is the winner ... and there is a prize for the winner that raises the most.
