BIO'sPSIBINDIPsibindi is a pioneering music artist, leveraging her success to champion women and non-binary artists globally through her platform, Psy-Sisters. Her unique blend of classical Hindi vocals with psychedelic trance has garnered support from industry giants like DJ Nina Kraviz and BBC Radio 1’s DJ Jaguar. Recognised as an emerging female entrepreneur to watch by the NYC Journal, Psibindi's influence extends far and wide.
She has collaborated with psytrance maestros Aphid Moon and Mechanimal on four successful EPs, all released on Aphid Records.
Beyond the studio, Psibindi has captivated audiences with her live vocal / DJ shows at festivals such as Ozora, Boomtown Fair, Tribal Gathering, VuuV, Hadra and Solstice Ruigoord.
Psibindi made history with her groundbreaking Psytrance performance at the British Museum. The landmark event hosted by Psy-Sisters called ‘Dance Through Time’ celebrated the history of dance through the ages and attracted coverage from DJ Mag and Resident Advisor.
The platform's Global South campaign, showcasing women who use music to fight oppression, as featured in Mixmag, underscores Psibindi's dedication to breaking barriers and fostering inclusivity within the industry.
