Led by experienced sound practitioner Tessa, this workshop explores the fundamentals of sound healing and its potential to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being. Using ancient instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks, Tessa will demonstrate how sound vibrations interact with your body, mind, and spirit to reduce stress, release tension, and encourage transformation.
Whether you're new to sound healing or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop offers the perfect opportunity to discover its benefits in a peaceful, supportive setting. You'll also gain techniques to enhance your future sound bath experiences.
What to Expect:

No prior experience is necessary
How to prepare:
- Wear comfortable clothing, bring a blanket.
- You are not required to bring a mat as this is a seated workshop.
- There will be space provided for you to move if you wish and stretch your legs.
