Tess Anderson
“Throw away all the expectations and just make music that feels good.”

That’s the sentiment Vancouver-based Tess Anderson has chosen to live by recently, and it’s become evident in her recent body of work. Allowing vulnerability and authenticity to be at the forefront of everything she does, Tess captivates audiences with her moxie-filled performances. Trying on many different genres over the years, nothing felt quite right - until now. Combining the heavy grit of alternative rock with the familiar gloss of pop, she finally stepped into her power fronting an impressively versatile 6-piece band. Tess's highly anticipated debut full-length album, "Before I Come Unhinged", released on May 17, 2024, has already made waves, surpassing 100,000 streams within just four months. Receiving international press coverage, including mentions in Billboard Music Canada and Exclaim!, as well as having regular rotation nationally on CBC Music, she is well positioned to continue attracting listeners across the country. Performing over 75 live shows annually, including having opened for Mother Mother at a sold-out Commodore Ballroom show, Tess continues to make a name for herself in the Vancouver music scene.

Folded Hand
Soaring vocal melodies imbued with emotion, modulated guitar parts ranging from introspective soundscapes to thundering rhythms, and motific drumming executed with conviction: this is the palette that new project Folded Hand continues to establish following its members’ decade of involvement in the Canadian music scene. The group aims to take listeners on a reflective journey through the fraying and rebuilding of hope, connecting to them on a personal level through their heart-on-your-sleeve songwriting. "Undermine" - the up-and-coming single recorded and produced in Kelowna by Jordan Chase of Secret & Whsiper and Shreddy Kreuger - is now available.

Safety Gear
A 4 piece best described by their peers as Pop Punk, Emo & Post Hardcore hailing from Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. The band was founded by current Bassist, Keenan Salzsauler & Guitarist, Nolan MacArthur back in 2018. They became a staple in the Red Deer Punk & Emo scene pretty early on into the bands creation, though constant member changes and a global pandemic really put a halt to the band's ability to continue growing outside of the local scene.

In 2022, the band released their Self titled EP that was locally well received.
2023 saw the band's final member change. It wasn't until the band reached this lineup that they truly found their spark. The chemistry was there. They soon started sharing the stage with bands like Calling All Captains, Single Mothers, Chastity, and many a time with their friends in GreenWing from Saskatoon, Sask.

In June of 2024,
Safety Gear employed the help of Ryan Kuly (One Bad Son, Dusty Tucker) to work on recording their EP, Titled “That’s What's Up”, out now!

They take inspiration from early 2000’s Pop Punk & Alt Rock like Sum 41, Blink 182 & Billy Talent - To current Hardcore, Post Hardcore & Swancore bands like Turnstile, Bilmuri & Dance Gavin Dance. Safety Gear desires to be innovative. They take pride in the music they create - and desire to bring a fresh, new sound to the genres they already know and love so well.
Safety Gear is,
Preston DePaz - Vocals
Keenan Salszauler - Bass
Nolan MacArthur - Guitar
Caleb Carpenter - Drums
