Terry Oldfield and Soraya will share original songs that speak to the heart of the listener. Their sound combines a Celtic lilt with soaring flutes, the sounds of nature and words to inspire and awaken the heart. Terry’s flute and musical genius together with Soraya’s sweet voice will have you enthralled by an evening to remember.
ABOUT THE PERFORMERS
Terry has had a long and successful musical career as both a composer and an artist. Working on film music with the BBC and composing over 36 albums of his own. His signature instrument, the flute, features in his compositions. With no formal musical training he has developed his own unique style of playing that has captured the heart of audiences globally.
Terry lived in the Stroud area for 20 years before moving to Australia where he met and married Soraya Saraswati. They have been travelling and sharing their music, workshops and retreats globally for the past 17 years
Soraya Saraswati is a teacher and singer with a passion for supporting people to overcome trauma and hardship and awaken to realise their true shining being. Through spoken and vocal voice she remains an inspiration to many. Soraya will be offering an ‘Overcoming Trauma Workshop’ in Swindon while they are here in the UK.
