Dr. Peaden is driven by a passion for wildlife conservation and preservation of biodiversity, particularly by factors that affect the distribution, abundance, and persistence of wildlife populations. His past research experiences include working with a broad range of wildlife, including bats, avian species, mesocarnivores, reptiles, amphibians, and fish communities. While each taxonomic group posed their own unique conservation and research challenges, they have allowed him to focus his current, and future research on answering questions to inform conservation managers.
