On Weds you bring a mat + blocks to suit you ( a one inch & 2 inch block) + blanket. There’s a café.
Private lessons on your topic choice are £50 phr online or at my home in Rawcliffe, York( Fishergate in January). The randomised controlled trial proven Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs course is 12 lessons = £600. www.yogaforbacks.co.uk (plus the resources pack £48.50 plus p&p.)
A falls prevention set of lessons for a few months will almost certainly be very cost effective for anyone who's ever fallen. I teach based on the science the Otago programe.
