Then this is the class for you.
My classes alternate between Rejuvenating and Yin. Breath is the focus as we move through gentle poses, helping reduce stress, anxiety and depression, and leaving you feel balanced and calm.
All women of any level of yoga experience are welcome. My passion is helping those who may have injuries or parts of the body they need to be careful with. Anybody can do yoga.
Class size is a maximum of 8.
Tuesday's 1:30-2:30pm
$122 for 10 weeks (15th October - 17th December)
If you are unable to make a class I can send you the recording on Zoom so you will never miss out.
If you would prefer to join class via Zoom from the comfort of your own home it is $100 for the term.
