Join me for slow, breath-focused movements which will strengthen the body, calm the mind, & leave you feeling relaxed.
It may also help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
My philosophy is that if you do what your body will allow, you will receive the benefits.
My passion is helping people who cannot just attend a standard yoga class, for whatever reason. Everyone deserves to experience the benefits of yoga!
10 week term $90.
6th October - 15th December 2025 (no class 27th October - Labour Day)
Casual classes are $11/class.
Spaces are limited so please message or call 021 1541474 to secure your space for the term, or book a casual class throughout the term.
