Terence M. O’Malley is a unique professional, serving as the principal and practicing attorney at The O’Malley Law Firm, the piano player at Conroy’s Pub in Leawood, Kansas, and a filmmaker, director, author, and speaker with a passion for storytelling to preserve history. His diverse portfolio includes film credits such as Nelly Don the Musical Movie and documentaries like Nelly Don: A Stitch in Time (2006), Black Hand Strawman: The History of Organized Crime in Kansas City (2009), Shooting Back in Time: The Kansas City Union Station Massacre (2008), and Tom & Harry: The Boss and the President (2013). O’Malley’s books complement these film titles, alongside speaking to senior communities from his book The Financial Intelligence of Living at a Continuing Care Retirement Community. He also created the sold-out staged production of Nelly Don the Musical (2019). Before practicing law, O’Malley had a successful career as a TV news anchor, director, reporter, and served as a press secretary.
