On Friday, April 4, 2025, attend an elegant four-course dinner at The Morton Arboretum’s Ginkgo Restaurant and taste an array of tequilas with the beautiful Meadow Lake as a backdrop. Expand your palate and experience the full spectrum of tequila, from the delicate notes of silver tequila to the woody, complex flavors of reposado and añejo.
The evening’s program features invited experts from Mijenta Tequila, who will share insights about food pairings that can bring out the best in tequila and how aging in white oak barrels develops color, aroma, and flavor.
Throughout the evening, guitarist Hector Fernandez will perform lyrical Spanish guitar arrangements, drawing from years of experience in classical, flamenco, Latin, and jazz styles.
Guests will be seated at shared tables of 10.
