Ease into your weekend with less tension and more freedom of movement! Join Laura for Tension Taming Thursdays, a 3-part evening workshop series designed to release fascia and reset your nervous system.
Each session will focus on a different area of the body:
Session 1: Hips, Glutes & Low Back
Session 2: Head, Neck & Shoulders
Session 3: Full Body Integration
Using props for both support and release, we’ll explore yoga postures that target each area with intention. Each class will close with time for a deeply restorative pose to leave you grounded, clear, and at ease.
Whether you attend one session or the full series, you’ll walk away feeling more spacious—physically and mentally.
