It's a Ladies Only Event - thank you for understanding.
If you've been doing trauma healing and looking for a movement modality that matches healing principles, this is for you!
You get to take trauma-informed tools with you how to move your body in a safe, nurturing way instead of the well-known 'no pain no gain' or 'push through' approach.
This class includes muscle tension release movements (trauma builds tension), mobility (for better joint movement), and basic strength exercises (to feel connected to your body).
The intenstion of the class to feel embodied and safe in the body.
Feel free to bring a yoga mat, but the space is carpeted so you'll feel comfy without a yoga matt too.
Please note I'm opening my home for this event. Offering a safe space for like-minded people is my Nr.1 priority. Please note my dog will be present at the class (she is a sweet heart).
