Welcome to a new exciting collaboration!
Join Jonathon and Tom for an evening which will leave you feeling rejuvenated and calm, and learn a new method for releasing stress and tension from your body.
Using your breath, your body's innate ability to shake, and connecting with each other you will embark on an experience of letting go.
Introducing: Tension and trauma releasing exercises (TRE)
TRE is a simple to learn and powerful body healing tool that regulates and calms your nervous system, empowers you to move past old traumas and tensions, and leaves you with deep state of calm and relaxation.

Experience a guided breathwork meditation
Your breath is the only thing you do subconciously which you can control conciously. It is the the portal into the body. When we use specific breathing techniques we can change our state, switch off stress and access deep calm.
You will be guided into a SOMA group breath journey where you can tap deeper into your self and the healing power of ancient wisdom through guided meditation, rhythmical breathing and amazing music.

Jonathon is a coach who helps men find a deeper, more connected and more fulfilled masculinity.
As a certified TRE practitioner he empowers you to move past blocks and build a different relationship to your body.
Tom is a life coach who uses approaches such breathwork and embodied awareness to help you turn challenge and burn out into a fulfilling life.
Tom was inspired to coach others following a difficult period in 2020 which involved a diagnosis with multiple sclerosis, and now draws on this experience to help others.
