Tennessee Songwriter's Week Qualifying Round at Puckett's Chattanooga

Do you want a chance to play at The Bluebird Cafe in Nashville? Your journey begins here at Puckett's Chattanooga! On Sunday, February 2nd from 3-6pm Puckett's will host 20 eager songwriters in a qualifying round for the 2025 Tennessee Songwriters Week. Two lucky winners will move on to the showcase round at the Bessie Smith Cultural Center on Thursday, February 27th.

New this year - all contestants must be 18+ to compete!

We are only able to take 20 contestants and will be accepting a waitlist after the first 20 spots are filled.

All songwriters will have 5 minutes to perform and must perform an original song which the songwriter owns full rights to. Songwriters are allowed to have 2 additional artists perform with them. After registering you will be contacted with additional information for the event.
