Join us for an intimate afternoon with Tenmile Distillery featuring a welcome cocktail, a guided tasting of limited and new releases, and time to mingle with the Tenmile team. Capacity is extremely limited and expected to sell out quickly.
Event Highlights
Welcome Cocktail | 3:00 – 3:30 PM
Guests will be welcomed with a Little Rest Classic Old Fashioned. Light food will be available at the start of the event.
Guided Tasting with Joel LeVangia | 3:30 – 5:00 PM

Guests are invited to continue the experience with an open bar tab to sample additional Tenmile expressions available at OTR, including Pinot Noir Cask, Classic 3, and more.

Joel LeVangia
Owner and General Manager, Tenmile Distillery
Born and raised in Kingston, New York, Joel LeVangia has worked on large-scale political campaigns, major Hollywood film productions, and in New York City real estate development. Partnering with his father-in-law, John Dyson, Joel brought Tenmile Distillery to life by installing a modern single-malt whisky distillery inside a beautifully renovated historic dairy barn designed by architect Allan Shope. Tenmile Distillery reflects years of dedication to craftsmanship and doing things the right way.
The Tenmile Distillery Story:
Tenmile Distillery produces hand-crafted single malt whisky, gin, and vodka using only the highest-quality ingredients and cutting no corners.
Master Distiller Shane Fraser brings extensive experience in small-batch whisky production. Prior to Tenmile, he served as Master Distiller at Wolfburn Distillery, the most northerly malt whisky distillery in Scotland, where his single malts earned multiple prestigious awards. At Tenmile, Shane is developing an innovative New York State whisky made in the Scottish tradition.
Tenmile prioritizes local sourcing whenever possible, with wheat and barley grown by farmers in Dutchess and Columbia Counties. In non-ideal growing years, all grain is still sourced within New York State.
