We are entering the darkest part of the year and while there’s much to be grateful for at the holidays, so often it’s a time that can bring up the greatest emotional challenges. We all have experienced great loss and there’s little space in our culture to process our grief. We can create the space we need to heal and grow through our grieving if we can learn from the wisdom in our bodies and our hearts. Our hearts can bring us together and help us to navigate the darker times if we are able to tend to them with care. Join in this half day retreat to tend your heart along with your body, mind and soul with others. We will practice honoring our grief as the wisdom of connection that enables us to be with others amidst feeling the loss of what we love.
You’ll go home with tools that you can take into your daily life amidst whatever challenges you are facing as well as a heart healing ritual kit to support your own practice.
This spacious and nourishing afternoon retreat will include learning about grief healing, guided embodied meditation, journaling, gentle sound healing, sharing tools to tend our hearts with daily practice, and a tea ceremony with organic heart healing herbs.
