Tenderly unfold into a movement and stretch practice that focuses on sensation and connection. Unique in its nature, this class is facilitated by two teachers, working in unison to provide you with a satiating practice. To start, they will guide you through a somatic, slow-strength pilates practice that will help ground you back into your body, flowing into an assisted stretch practice where they will offer hands on connection and support with tenderness to yourself and others. The physical practice will end with a sound bath, orchestrated by the teachers in unison. This is a practice of interrelation and potential creation. Dani and Gracie invite you to come and be tender.
