Give landlords a reason to rent to you. Register for the next Tenant Certificate Training— Sunday, August 24th at 2:00-4pm. This is a FREE 2-hour workshop developed by Cooperative Christian Ministries and Clinic to help you understand your rights, responsibilities, and how to be the kind of tenant landlords are looking for. Earn a Tenancy Certificate that shows landlords you're serious about being a good tenant.You’ll also receive a FREE Renter Kit with useful items to care for your rental, plus a reference folder full of helpful resources. Some landlords may offer certificate holders incentives, but that is at the discretion of the landlord.
Space is limited to 10 people, and registration is required.

Note: No more than two people per household may attend. No childcare will be provided, and children are not allowed in the training.
