Kraken Waker is a loud band from North East England. A three-piece, who are fans of big riffs and grooves, they also have an ear for a good hook.
Kraken Waker won the 2024 Metal to the Masses Competition in Newcastle and then played a successful set at Bloodstock.
The band has a healthy DIY ethic and has recorded and released their first album, 'Be Good' (Oct 4th 2024). Be Good features songs about beards, booze, being skint and rich bastards pissing about in space.
The album was written and recorded by the band and mixed and produced by Siy 'Uber' Brady.
