Please be prepared to partake in this special session, including drinking the cacao beverage. We will be setting our intentions as during this time of year that the veil thins as we settle in for a sound healing.

Please bring anything that will aid in your comfort - yoga mats, pillows and blankets. Bring a water bottle, journal, and a simple offering for the alter. Bring your crystals for an energetic charge.
