Enter the energy of Friday the 13th, a night when intuition heightens and the feminine calls us inward and into our wild. We’ll begin with grounding tea to settle the body, then open into intuitive Shakti movement to unlock the hips, heart, breath, and the wild within. From there, we dive into an ecstatic dance journey designed to free what’s been held and call forward what’s ready to rise.This is a space to move without rules, connect without pressure, and return to the woman beneath the noise. Come as you are. Leave a little more wild, a little more clear, and a lot more you.

• A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
• Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
