You are warmly invited into a sanctuary of restoration and connection—a ceremonial gathering designed to soothe the nervous system, nourish the heart, and gently realign body, mind, and spirit.
We begin by sharing a cup of Ceremonial Cacao*, the ancient heart medicine, inviting you to arrive fully into your body and open to the sweetness of presence. From here, you’ll be guided into a space of deep rest and renewal.
As the journey unfolds, you will be held in a soundscape woven with crystal singing bowls, chimes, voice, and other sacred instruments. These vibrations ripple through the body like flowing water—melting tension, dissolving stress, and bringing you back into harmony.
Alongside the sound, Reiki energy will be gently channeled, offering subtle yet profound support for your whole being. This soothing life force energy works through every layer of you—physical, emotional, and spiritual—creating spaciousness for healing, balance, and remembrance.
Within this sacred container, you are invited to simply receive. To soften. To reconnect with your inner light. Some may experience gentle releases, waves of emotion, or inner guidance; others may simply rest in nourishing stillness. However it arrives, the experience is always perfect for you.
This ceremony is a practice of coming home to the heart—a tender space of deep listening, renewal, and connection.

*Cacao is celebrated for its medicinal benefits in supporting heart health and circulation. Given its heart-opening qualities, Cacao beautifully complements meditation, yoga, dance, and therapy, enhancing our connection to the heart, with others and ourselves. When we connect with the heart’s energy our voice may speak from a place of deeper intelligence carrying vibrations of peace and harmony. We will use the highest quality ceremonial Cacao from fairly traded, indigenous communities in Guatemala and Ecuador to open the heart and begin to melt the walls down that we build up around ourselves. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking SSRI's, anti-psychotics or have any serious health conditions - including heart and autoimmune - please let us know beforehand.
Useful Information (please read)
- Please bring with you a mat or blanket to lie on, something warm to wrap up in, an eye pillow and anything else you need to be comfortable. A bolster, blanket and mat are greatly recommended.
- We can accommodate for all experience levels and accessibility. Chairs can be provided if lying on the floor is difficult or uncomfortable for you. Please let us know in advance if you have any extra accessibility or support needs.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to make sure you are settled in and ready to begin. Latecomers may not be granted entry because of disruption, so please leave plenty of time to arrive. If you are going to be late please let us know on 07495710203.
- We are in the UPSTAIRS studio - when you arrive please come in the side door and up two flights of stairs to find us. Unfortunately we are not currently wheelchair accessible
