In our society we have the tendency to hold back our wishes, not speak up our boundaries and suppress our authentic impulses. We often compete, compare and fight with the same genders and don't trust each other. We don't know how to be vulnerable and so we create seperation and disconnection. We lost the ability to relate intimately.
In this 5 day retreat you go on a holistic journey through polarity and beyond. It is an exploration of body, mind and spirit finding the inner and outer gifts of the Feminine and Masculine.
We begin the journey by connecting to the powers of sisterhood and brotherhood, creating a space for exploration and healing dynamics between men and women. Through the support of the whole tribe we create a field for experiencing new ways of relating and deep connection.
From this place of empowerment through vulnerability and authentic expression you can share your secret desires and claim your boundaries to discover your true self.
We then open a safe temple space to explore the beauty of intimate connection, sensuality and eros. All states of being are welcome. The mystery of embodied union has space to unfold.

We are in the beautiful venue The Farm on the outskirts of Berlin, which is easily accessible by public transport. It has a sauna, space for your own camper, as well as a large garden. There are single-, double- and shared rooms (single and double r. are limited). The rooms are basic level, but it does not diminish the quality of the retreat.

Kachenka is a free spirit and a natural healer of many paths of life. She is a Hatha and Ipsalu Tantra Kriya Yoga teacher, BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release Practitioner, Shiatsu Thai massage therapist, Reiki & Deeksha giver, and she’s been initiated into plant medicine paths with Huichol and Shipibo tribes.
As a tantra teacher, therapist and a modern day medicine woman she works with life force, trauma release and personal empowerment. She supports seekers to develop their emotional intelligence skills to become emotionally mature and build connections between intellect and intuition, to experience wholeness and rise on their path to higher consciousness.
She is passionate about creating deeply transformational spaces, merging ancient tantric knowledge with modern therapy and the wisdom of plant medicines.
