About this Event
Purpose:
The Temple Legacy Golf Tournament is a fundraising event dedicated to supporting Temple Legacy Foundation's scholarship funds. Proceeds from this event directly benefit the Dr. & Mrs. James P. Temple, Sr. Memorial Scholarship, which is awarded annually to students of the Auburn University Harrison College of Ph*rm*cy.
This scholarship honors the memory and legacy of Dr. and Mrs. James P. Temple, Sr. By participating in this tournament, you are contributing to the education and future success of deserving Ph*rm*cy students at Auburn University.
Tournament Format:
- Best ball (captain's choice)
- Teams of 4
- Prizes for Top Team, Closest to the Pin, and Longest Drive
Registration:
- Required
- Includes green fees, cart, breakfast, lunch, and a tournament gift bag

Additional Information:
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time to check in.

Waiver of Liability:
By participating in the Temple Legacy Golf Tournament, you acknowledge and agree that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Temple Legacy Foundation, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively, "the Foundation"), as well as the administrators of Robert Trent Jones, Grand National, are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event.
You agree to waive any and all claims against the Foundation and the administrators of Robert Trent Jones, Grand National, for any liability, injury, or loss that may arise from your participation in this event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other loss, regardless of cause.
Terms of Service:
1. Registration and Participation:
- Participants must register for the tournament in advance. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and spaces are limited.
- All participants must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by Robert Trent Jones, Grand National, as well as the tournament guidelines provided by the Foundation.
2. Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to personal cancellations, schedule conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the event.
3. Inclement Weather Policy:
In the event of inclement weather, the Foundation and the administrators at Robert Trent Jones, Grand National, will delay the start of the tournament. **If a delay is not possible and the tournament is canceled, the Foundation and the administrators will attempt to reschedule the tournament. All registered participants will be notified and invited to play on the new date.
4. Conduct:
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful and sportsmanlike. The Foundation reserves the right to remove any participant from the event who engages in inappropriate behavior or violates the terms of service.
5. Media Release:
By participating in the tournament, you grant the Foundation permission to use your name, image, likeness, and/or voice in any media, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and social media, for promotional purposes without compensation.
Privacy Policy:
The Foundation is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use your personal information solely for the purposes of event registration, communication, and administration of the tournament. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to facilitate the event or as required by law.
