Are you ready to awaken from a long collective sleep? To see yourself and your place in the world with more clarity and understanding? This powerful men’s retreat allows like-minded and curious men to gather in community and embrace their awakening process - through breathwork (conscious connected breathing), meditation, natural movement and nature connection.
At this retreat, we’ll break free of the constraints and limitations of the world, and come back into connection and right relationship with the wild one within - the untamed part of self that longs for freedom, meaning, joy and celebration of one’s uniqueness and belonging.
Participants will explore the body through natural movement and ancient breathing techniques that ignite the body’s life force from within. We will breathe with the elements, consciously connect with nature and awaken to our true potential.
